Before joining Ness, Simon worked on the commercial side in the IT industry. Armed with a strong work ethic and integrity, he never abandoned his morals to achieve his professional goals. This lead Simon to pursue work that improves the world we live in. When he joined Ness as an administrator he finally found a company with a purpose that made him believe in his work again.

Simon is pursuing a master’s degree in psychology at UC Louvain and is aiming to become a coach within Ness as well. He speaks French, Dutch, English and some German. His most determining cause is conservation.
